Mastitis Massage & Breast Relief Support
Mastitis and clogged ducts are not just painful—they can interfere with milk supply, feeding routines, and your overall well-being. Left untreated, they can lead to infections, abscesses, or early weaning.
Therapeutic breast massage, when done correctly, can help relieve symptoms quickly and safely by improving lymphatic flow, breaking up blockages, and supporting natural drainage through the milk ducts. Combined with feeding or pumping guidance, this service offers fast, effective relief—and helps prevent future issues.

FAQs for Breast Relief Support
Q1: How do I know if I have mastitis or a clogged duct?

A: Symptoms include a hard or tender lump, breast redness, warmth, and sometimes flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, fatigue). If you're unsure, we can help assess and refer you if needed.
Q2: Is the massage painful?

A: This depends on the stage of clogged breast, however I want to reassure you that my technique is gentle and targeted to ease discomfort. You will get relieve and unclogged milk ducts right after the first session. You will no longer have mastitis after 1-2 sessions.
Q3: Can I still breastfeed or pump during this time?
